RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Product Condition: Returned products must be in resalable condition. We accept partially used products and will calculate refunds based on the quantity of unused sachets remaining.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without proof of purchase
2. REFUND CALCULATION
Proportional Refund System: Refunds are calculated based on the number of unused sachets returned. Each pouch of STRIDE Salt-Based Electrolytes contains 30 sachets.
Example Calculation:
- Purchase price: €60.00
- Sachets used: 20
- Sachets returned: 10
- Refund amount: (10/30) × €60.00 = €20.00
What Is Not Refunded:
- Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at hey@stridelyte.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Number of sachets used (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorisation
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return Package the product securely and ship to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Step 4: Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. REFUND METHOD & TIMING
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing Time:
- Refund approved: Within 7 business days of receiving returned product
- Refund posted to account: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank or card issuer)
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hey@stridelyte.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective product
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at hey@stridelyte.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched. Contact us immediately at hey@stridelyte.com.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us, or you may receive the item and initiate a return within 30 days.
9. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Contact us at hey@stridelyte.com to cancel.
Subscription Returns: Subscription orders are subject to the same return policy as one-time purchases.
10. EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different flavour or quantity, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees incurred. Refunds will not include original international shipping costs.
