DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions for orders placed with STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. DELIVERY AREAS

Republic of Ireland: We deliver to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

European Union: We deliver to all addresses within the European Union / EEA.

International Shipping: International shipping may be available to select countries. Please contact us at hey@stridelyte.com to enquire about international delivery options.


2. DELIVERY COSTS

Standard Delivery Fees: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Current delivery fees are displayed during the checkout process.

Free Delivery Threshold: Orders exceeding a specified value qualify for free standard delivery. The free delivery threshold is displayed on our website and during checkout.

Right to Amend: STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited reserves the right to amend delivery fees and free delivery thresholds at any time without prior notice. The delivery cost applicable to your order is the cost displayed at the time of checkout.


3. PROCESSING TIME

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Republic of Ireland: Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.

European Union: Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Delays: Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited is not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier's website.


6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to deliver your order (due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the courier will typically leave a delivery notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

If you fail to collect your order or arrange re-delivery within the timeframe specified by the courier, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery or you may request a refund subject to our Returns Policy.


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.


8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking shows no delivery attempt, please contact us at hey@stridelyte.com. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


9. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the order total or delivery fee.

STRIDE PRODUCTS Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


10. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is deemed undeliverable by the courier and returned to us, we will contact you to discuss options. You may choose to:

  • Provide a corrected delivery address (additional delivery charges may apply)
  • Request a refund subject to our Returns Policy
